For basics, the one to buy
If you are looking for an accurate, basic readout of time/date, temperature, humidity and barometric pressure from a very readable and uncluttered display, then this Dreamsky is the one to buy. I say it is basic because it lacks a backlight, barometric histogram, clock-time seconds, moon phase or multi-colors. And I wish the adjustment buttons were on the side rather the back. But it includes daily max-min of temperature/humidity, a reliable (sensitive) “atomic clock”, an alarm clock, weather alerts, and a remote unit with good range and accuracy. Those are beyond the basics for weather monitoring, and account for my 5-star rating. Thus (based on 2-month use), I highly recommend the Dreamsky for its very-readable display, essential functions, accurate measurements, and excellent value.

Good Product
Weather station was fairly easy to set up. When selection Mountain time the clock time was 1 hour off. Needed to set it manually but that was no big deal. After a couple days of use he temperature readings seem to be accurate. Inside temp was accurate from the beginning, it just took a couple days for the outside temp. The forecast might not be totally accurate. It's cloudy here today and the weather station shows it as being sunny. Overall, it provides me with the information I wanted readily accessible. I'm using it in a she shed and the information I needed is: inside/outside temperatures and humidity, date, time, day of the week. I have it set up on the wall about 10' from where I work and I can easily see the readings. It's worth the price paid.

Works Great!
Works well and consistently accurate. Easy to read except when area around is not lighted. Compared to other brands, is easy to reset when changing from DLST to ST and the reverse.

Wanted to like it, but it failed right away.
I really like the size and appearance of this weather station. I think the unit looks good, and the size of the text couple with the moderate size of the unit strikes the right balance for me. The base station takes 3 AAA batteries, while the remote outdoor sensor takes 2 AA batteries. I really wish they would stick with AA in both components. The outdoor unit seems like it isn't that well sealed against water intrusion, so I placed it under my porch to be sure that water didn't cause a failure. I put new batteries in both units. Both powered up right away, and the indoor unit fairly quickly received the atomic clock signal and set the time correctly. Indoor and outdoor units paired up, and I placed the outdoor unit under my porch (15 feet from the indoor unit). Everything was working fine. Fast-forward about 3 days - the indoor unit showed no signal from the outdoor sensor. (The station is at a cabin so I'm not there all the time and don't know when it started acting up.) I checked for loose batteries, brought the outdoor unit inside next to the indoor unit, changed the channel multiple times on both units, and it finally started working again. Put the outdoor unit back in place. Fast-forward about 10 days and I'm back at the cabin. Again, no display for the outdoor conditions. Double-checked outdoor unit appears to be functioning (took out and replaced batteries, indicator light is working) and the indoor station would not show anything from the remote sensor. I'm done with it. I have no way of knowing if the failure was the remote or the indoor station. I really did want this station to work, but I would suggest buying something else. (Or maybe I got the rare lemon?) Maybe you'll get lucky?

Can't rely on the time
Major flaw: every so often the time on the clock will change. It's an atomic clock, so I would expect the time to be regularly adjusted to the correct time, but instead, the time will be updated such that the minutes are off. There's no way to tell it to re-sync, so you're stuck trying to adjust the time manually. Then it updates itself incorrectly again after a random amount of time. So, it's not really effective as a clock. The weather idea is good, but the algorithm for the humidity sensor seems to skew towards suggesting a forecast of rain. I'm in the American south, so maybe that's just par for the course that the humidity is up there. Anyway, we've tried it for a while, but the bum time keeping has led to us deciding to give up on it.
