Do they have a waist band?

Sort of. It doesn’t go super high, but there is a band that goes around, but not as high as a belly button.

129 lbs 4"11 what size should i get?

I'm 5' 2" and weigh 125 lbs. I ordered the XS and they fit perfectly!

Does the waist band have any elastic or banding at the top? I think these are the same pair I have but mine have a waist that is really seamless.

Some RBX styles do and they don't roll down. Other styles do not and have a tendency to roll down, which is uncomfortable.. The ones that do have elastic around the top are much more comfortable for me. Hope this helps

Run large

Color and fabric are nice but waist doesn’t “hold you in” and they run a size larger. These actually get baggy on me after wearing for a few hours!
