Offers Workout Variety and Flexibility but No Included Routines.
I saw the FitFighter on Shark Tank and ordered the 15lb size. I felt it was a little expensive compared to dumbbells or kettlebells of the same weight but offered greater variety and flexibility to my workout routine. Overall, I like the FF but it does not come with a connection back to the company (brochure, IR scan, etc.) or any included routines as many other exercise products do. There are instructional videos on the FF website, but they are not downloadable, and will require a fee-based subscription if you want to view them after an initial introductory period. All the FF hoses, regardless of weight, are the same white color. I have a feeling that after several months of use they are going to show a lot of dirt from handling and floors.

Love it! Great idea (basically a long sand bag! Lol) Very rugged and works several muscles at a time to provide a solid workout!

Worth it
I was in a residents room while she was watching Shark Tank, they were doing a retrospect on past shows. I saw these great weights and went online to purchase. I had wanted to grab some new weights and these were different and help out firefighters. Great cause! They are easy to handle and I am less afraid of dropping them then the regulate dumbbells. Easy to handle and use so many ways. Worth the price.

I stopped going to my gym during Covid and have been happy doing body weight exercises at home ever since. I just wanted to add a bit more for strengthening. This is perfect. I got 15 lb which is perfect for me for squats, arm curls, military presses etc. My husband loves it too and and glad we purchased.

I just received this today sent from the USA to Australia arrived quickly. I have already had a workout with it and I am blown away by how versatile it is. Yes the postage from the USA is expensive but it is totally worth it. Highly recommended.
