Dissolves in warm water with vigorous shaking. Taking this makes a big difference. I feel less sore and recover faster. I ride a few miles every week day and hard on the weekend.

Good product.
You cannot taste or smell this powder, but you do need to make sure you mix it well else there will be clumps. I found if you mix with room temperature water, the powder will dissolve easier and then add ice.

I leave 3 stars as am not sure how legit this product is , am a personal trainer and i have been consuming creatine for ages, it tastes like any other creatine and the same resolving rate, however i got the bottle in black color and the sticker on the bottle seems sticked manually. The creapure code can be printed by anyone. Am just saying.
