Review: Poor manual. Not user friendly - Doesn’t work Water kept dumping into rear disposal tank No help. Review: Like a Visit to Vicenza - We tried this at a friend's house, made with the intensivo pods in the red packages. It was, by far, the best espresso we have tasted from any machine of this kind, and from all but a few coffee shops outside of Italy. It's been a few years since we lived in Bella Italia, but at the first sip of this espresso I was transported back to a little Carabinieri-run cafe that was once the subject of daily visits on the way to, and during, work. Amazing how flavors and aromas stimulate memory. Wish my machine did that.
