They work fine. Just a note though... If you take them out of the rack one time they will not stay in when you try to put them in a second time. A new one will need to be used for re-insertion I have purchased several different brands and they all seem to do that. **Q: Can I use the HDMI adapter on rack plate, similar to your Rj45 adapter?
