There's no instructions. So that's the part I didn't like. But I showed a picture to my AI and asked it if it new any instructions and it said to just wet the toothbrush and then brush teeth with it. Before I get into the results, I have to say my teeth started out pretty bad. About 18 months ago I started increasing my cigar smoking habit to about 5 cigars each day. I love cigars but had no idea the toll they'd take on my teeth. At their worst, about 6 months ago, I had black and dark brown stains between my teeth, at the gum lines and even starting to come up my teeth from the gums. I looked almost as bad as someone who's been doing meth for years. Once I realized that I started gathering items to begin to get my white teeth back. This was one of those products. At first I didn't understand how to use this stuff and it didn't seem to make any difference first time I tried it so I just tucked it away in the drawer. For months I've been focused on brushing at least once daily with the strongest whitening toothpaste out there, using the strongest whitening mouthwash I could find at least once every other day, using the vibrating scraper thing in my picture and using these hard rubber scrubber sticks (blue handle) to try to get the strains off. Over many months it slowly began improving. But wasn't happening nearly as fast as I would have liked. So in my frustration, I started using the 2 tools more and finally took out this bottle of Smokers Tooth Powder a week ago and decided to give that a try. All of this helped. But let me tell you - this powder did more to finally get the stains out than all those other things did - and it worked really fast! I could see noticeable improvement in the darkness of the stains right after using it the first time. I used it a second time today for a good 10 minutes, focusing strongly on the worst stained areas and it got them to be even lighter. I also used the other tools and the toothpaste for another 15 minutes. But this product, once again, made the most difference. In some areas I can't even see the stains anymore. In other areas they're 60-80% lighter. If you're like me and had nasty tobacco stains - trust me, there's hope. You gotta be diligent and use all of the different products in my photo in different ways. But now overall my teeth are 90% better than when I started this. I think this product is Hella strong. For one because it works so much faster than the others. But for two, when I use toothpaste and brush right after using this product there's a pretty intense stinging around my gums. Almost a shocking kind of feeling. And gums feel very sensitive for a day or two afterwards. So I don't think you want to use this daily. In my experience, best to wait serveral days before using again and don't brush with toothpaste right afterwards. Anyway, now that I've finally seen it work I'm extremely impressed with this stuff. I bought this and all the items in my photo on amazon and I'm finally getting to where I can feel comfortable smiling with teeth showing again. It's a battle if you're a regular smoker but this stuff is a little miracle worker!

Works great, am very impressed with results

The inside seal was on so tight that I couldn't get it off, had to use pliers to pry it out and of course powder flew everywhere. As for the powder it doesn't taste bad and it does seem to clean stains from you teeth. I am hoping that it will help with my tartar. I did use mouthwash after simply because it seems acidic with the lemon and I don't want acid sitting on my teeth even after rinsing there could be some. I found it very messy especially with not being able to pull the seal off the inside, It was like it was glued on or something.

This stuff works. It doesn't happen over night and I do use purple whitening strips once a week. I have been looking for a toothpaste that takes care of my stains from smoking and this is the best. My adult non smoking children even complimented me on how great my teeth look. Again it doesn't happen overnight give it two weeks and you will be impressed.

Works great to remove nicotine AND coffee stains. I recommend using an electric toothbrush. With regular use, the stains I had are almost all gone.

doesn't whiten

I'm not a smoker but did want to try this on account of my addiction to coffee and dark teas that have started to stain my pearly whites and this stuff did the trick into whitening them slowly. it's not a night and day change but after a week of using this i did notice a noticeable change and im sure using this more will get better results but as of 2 weeks of using this powder Its greatly worth the money.
