Bad earphones, good customer service
I was struggling with these earphones for 6 months before one ear went silent. Great customer service replaced them at no cost to me but I still looked elsewhere for another pair. The cord doesn't get tangled, but instead easily gets caught on things like clothing, which is a pain. The ear buds were constantly falling out of my ears. The silicone buds often came off the main earphone and couldn't be well secured, even following the instructions carefully. The earphones were frequently being yanked out of my ear because I moved my arm against the wire and the silicone bud would be left in my ear, and I often had to struggle to remove it. The sound also leaked considerably. Sound quality wasn't bad though, so there's a plus!

Been experimenting with quite a few headphones recently, didn't mind these at first but they're just not long lasting, fell apart straight away.

bought 2 of these. both faulty on arrival, with left(?) ear being slightly misconnected, which at first seems like nothing but then the problem gets worse with time sound quality is good whilst they work though
