The little green pill
It just about hides the nasty taste of matcha for me, great product for a pick me up, couldn’t imagine life without them. Boost my mood, energy and definitely gets me through the mornings.Highly recommend the natural energy over the chemical based stuff out there

Increased appetite / weight gain
Although this is not a weight loss product, I have taken green tea previously to control my appetite successfully. This product however has increased my appetite and I am eating more - I have in fact gained weight with this. Slightly disappointed with this as matcha generally has many good qualities but I haven't noticed any positive changes since taken them.

Taken as an aid for metabolism, helped with weight loss of 3lb over 2 weeks, maintained the next 2 weeks. Took 2x per day. not sure if it's a placebo effect but generally felt good!Quite big to swallow I found but guzzled down with water and managed

Couldn't tell
Couldn't tell if this did anything, one things for sure its not as good as having real Ceremonial Grade Matcha Tea from Japan, and for the price I'd rather buy the powder and have it last 30 days or so with guranteed effects per 1g Matcha.
