I've been using this spray once a week for the past 6 months and have about a third of the large bottle left. In that respect it presents more value for money than it may initially appear. I do use k18 once a month also but this is my weekly bond repair (alongside the wella conditioner from the same range). All things combined have got me to a place of no breakage or split ends. The results are cumulative but impressive. I've been able to grow my hair roughly 4 inches in the past 6 months due to not needing a trim for split ends. That's unheard of for me.
