This high quality reinforced silicone hose kit replaces the large air intake hose including the crankcase breather hose from the airbox to turbo in the engine bay. Constructed with 4-ply reinforcing and thicker 5.4mm walls the hose will not suck in or collapse under boost. The hoses fit all 2.4 TDCi Defender Td4 (Puma Engine) models.  Hose Clamps:  The kit includes a full set of Stainless Steel W4 Worm Drive Hose Clips. These are good quality fully stainless steel clamps, with no perforations in the band and featuring a rolled edge, specifically designed for silicone hoses.  Specification:  Fitment: Direct replacement for the standard hoses Construction: ~5.4mm 5-ply silicone with 4-ply polyester reinforcing Max Operating Pressure: >9bar Burst Pressure: >16bar Operating Temperature range: -50°c to 240°c Certification: Manufactured to ISO9001:2000 & ISO TS16949 standards Warranty: 3 Years (UK based)
