I've slept on this a few times now and found it very comfortable.I bought the large version which is very big and just fits my vango 2 man tent in lengthTo inflate you can just hold the clever one-way valve open and let the mat inflate, or as i do give it a few puffs to fully inflate. And to deflate I flip the valve lid over to reverse flow and squeeze and suck the air out. It rolls and packs up into a reasonably small pack (about 1ltr bottle size)In use the mat doesn't lose air, and the foam cells and air trap warmth very well indeed, in fact when laying on it, you feel as though it is heated from below.I'm glad I invested in this, its a great quality mat, comes with a patch kit for repairs

Very smart valve

Super light, super comfy, well made etc. BUT It is really noisy. It squeaks every time you move. Did not make me very popular in the bothy or with my wife in the tent.
