Material and the quality are the same as the bag. It does its job and extends the strap.

The strap allowed the bag to be worn comfortably by a larger framed person whom the bag was purchased for. Definitely a good purchase.

Works as intended
The strap does precisely what it advertises. It extends the strap on the TomTOC bag. I love the bad, but found it sat weird on me when I wore it upfront. Now, I am to drop it a little lower so it is closer to the waist instead of the chest. My one niggle with it is my oversight. I forgot my bag's strap is the olive green one. I now have a two-tone strap combo of black and olive. Not a huge deal but it is something to understand before purchasing
