Could've believe there was a product so uncomfortable-at first. The nubs are very hard. Not flexible at all. Before I threw the thing out I decided to follow the instructions. By golly I'm glad I did. Don't know how or why it works. Maybe because you're so happy to get off it. The thing works.

I used this twice for 3 minutes at the most each time. The first time I thought, it massages the little muscles that connect to my face well, but doesn’t give the relief/stretch I’m looking for down my spine. The second time I used it when I tried to get up it was so incredibly painful I couldn’t do it. I had to have someone help me up and it put me in serious back pain after that. Not even a neck thing. It destroyed my back. I do not recommend this product.

Takes some getting used to, especially if you don't go to a chiropractor or practice good posture.If you're always hunched over, I'd recommend giving this a try!

This was very hard on my neck and could only use for a very short time, Not a good product in my opinion.

For something that feels soft to the hands is stiff and hard on the neck. That said, you should know that I had 3 level cervical fusion so it may just be my issue and not others'. It was recommended by my physical therapist so I'm continuing to use it when needed. Those hard knobs get under the skull well when tension builds up.

This thing is a life changer. I've been using it just 1 minute a night for a few days and already feel less tense in my neck. Very cute colors too!

I could even lay on it bc the product was so hard. Did not like it at all!

The notches are way to high.
