Good machine
The instructions are poorly written. The seller was able to help by sending better instructions and a video. There is no contact name/number/address to oder repair/spare parts for the machine. However, the seller was able to ship spare parts. We need more O-rings and distribution design attachments to produce the same designs in each distribution spout.

Okay for serving in cups
This SoftServe machine meets our basic needs in a ice cream shop. The instructions are basic and don't include technical instructions for some of the fault conditions that occur. We find that even with the firmness setting turned all the way up, the ice cream is still too soft to go into a cone but can go into a cup. You need to make sure that you have combined 30 amps available in the outlet(s) that you plug the machine into.

Good and high value
The ice cream machine arrived in good condition. It is way cheaper than those 10K+ machine and it meets our needs. It produces good quality of soft serve. The time it takes to prepare is way shorter than I expect. Awesome machine!
