Eases you to rest
These are some of the best sleep aids I've tried. Once I take it, I read a bit and next thing I know, I am feeling comfortably drowsy and can shut down. I tried a different brand and different formula when I ran out of these, and they literally made me sick and groggy the entire day after. Won't do those again. These are gentle and really help sleep.
