It seals as well. For a met lab liquids, I would not recommend it. **Q: Is this tape appropriate for taping window on an airplane while using paint stripper. Is it removable by peeling it off plexiglass?** A: I wouldn't use this for that....I would just use regular painters tape. This stuff is for when you need strong tape to keep chemicals out. I would be concerned about how removable it would be in your situation. Best of luck to you. **Q: What color is the tape** A: Yellow with black text **Q: is it ok with sodium hydroxide** A: I'm not positive, but we use it with Hydrochloric Acid, Maleic Acid, and Sulfamic Acid, so I would think it should. First, the tape roll is huge, much bigger than expected...which will definitely last a while and comes with a list of chemical resistance. NOTE: I haven't used it yet. MAINLY, I bought it from fantastic_deals-654 and it said it will arrive by standard shipping for $6 between May 6-24, and I bought it on May 1.
