I really wish I would have tried anything but these. To start the flavor is absolutely horrible. The first try made my stomach turn. I figured I would give another flavor a try (grapefruit) tasted like medicine but was tolerable so I decided to really give it a full hearted try. Obviously there was a difference between this and a vape. I was fully prepared for that and am in the headspace of quitting so that didn’t bother me too much but I probably could have used an old pin cap and got the same effect without the nasty flavor. After a few days of using these I ended up in urgent care with an infection in my throat. I don’t know for certain if these are what made me sick but I was fine until using them which I find odd. Overall even without the infection I would not recommend these. The flavor is awful. They don’t provide any similarity to vape in weight or in the hit. There are other things on the market that I think are safer and a better alternative than this item.
