the first thing I did was attach these snugly to my new prescription sunglasses. I tried my glasses on and discovered there was no change in comfort. Next, I dropped them in tall five gallon bucket filled with water to make sure they floated. They did. I can now paddle my SUP without risk of losing my glasses. I would suggest a bright color that contrasts with lake or river water so they can be spotted easily. I cannot yet comment on durability, but I foresee no problem here, as materials and construction meet my expectations.

I bought these to prevent losing my glasses at the lake. They work, they're thin, and they look cool. They hold really well to my sunglasses. My complaints would be that they barely work... my glasses are barely buoyant with them on. They come folded in the package and the crease never gets out of them.

The strap worked on my plastic Oakley sunglasses with prescription lenses. It's the reason I got them. I didn't want my expensive prescrips sinking to the bottom of the lake. However, I have not tried them on my metal Oakleys as of yet. When I do I will try to remember to update my review. The only downfall is that your neck does get warm out in the summer heat when resting on your neck. When you're wearing the sunglasses you do not have that issue. Not a defect. Just a matter of fact.

This strapped looked great and was comfortable. Used it nearly everyday when driving my Jeep. Went hiking, off-roading, phishing, swimming in salt water, etc. It worked great until it lost its elasticity and the glasses began to slip out. Gave it three stars because I thought it should last longer than it did.

Grabbed these before my recent trip it Colorado for rafting and mountain climbing. They did exactly what I needed them to do. When driving to Colorado I used them to keep my sunglasses handy when driving through rain and heavy clouds. While I was hiking they were handy to keep my sunglasses accessible while hiking through dense trees. Rafting they kept my glasses on my head when we hit some class IV rapids.
