I've been using this mouse pad for several months on a daily basis and it's held up great. I use a projector from my television and computer and needed something that worked for my mouse on the arm of my sofa. This mouse pad works perfectly and will probably last forever. Some of the paint is starting to wear off where my palm rubs on it but it sees a lot of use so it's actually much less than I expected. The finish may have faded a bit there but there is absolutely no chipping or flaking and the area where my mouse rubs looks new. I would recommend this mouse pad to anyone looking for something more solid and stable.

On the whole, I really like this pad. As at least one other reviewer mentioned, moving the mouse does make a noise with this metal pad, as is only natural as plastic scrapes along the metal; that doesn't bother me at all, as the smoothness and accuracy more than make up for the slight noise. My only complaint is that the bottom material is so thin that it doesn't completely prevent the pad from moving around a bit on my wood desk. I may order a second pad to take to work, as it does work so well with an optical mouse and is so easy to clean compared to any other mouse pad I've used.

stylish and exactly what i was looking for. slim, easy to clean and easy to stow away when traveling. other mouse pads get dirty and are annoying to carry around.i use a wireless logitech mouse with mine.

It looks like the photo yes. But now when I use the mouse it’s not quiet. It sounds like scraping on aluminum. Which ... umm it is. Also the non-slip pad on the back is very weak. It shifts when you use it, which is very annoying. Disappointed in this product. I also notice no great difference in the smoothness of the movement on the screen. This is expensive crap. Is everyone else on here a paid reviewer??

I had been using everything from cloth and plastic mouse pads even thin cutting boards. This seems great. I've had it for 5 hours and playing BF4 and so far so good. I wish it was just a tad bit larger but over all this seems like a great mouse pad for $10

Very pretty however it makes a sliding noise every time I move my mouse. I would not buy this again.

Although it's a shiny addition to my workspace, this pad somehow decreases the functionality of my mouse. My mouse is noticeably slower and has far more lag when using the pad. Very disappointed by the purchase.

This mouse pad is great. Easy to clean. It does produce sound when moving the mouse but not enough to annoy me. My mouse has little plastic pads underneath that do not cause much sound. Also, my mouse sensitivity is good enough that I do not need to move the mouse far at all, so hardly any sound at all.
