A great size bin for sorting the recycling. They fit pizza boxes, and even big squash bottles, ready to take outside when the rain stops! The inside sleeve is nice and smooth, and easy to pull out and replace. The whole thing sits neatly under a corner cupboard, and makes it so much easier to cope with than a pile of carrier bags. I also bought a set of stickers for a few pounds which I put on the lids to keep things separate. Sadly they dont do a combined card/plastics one, which our council seems to want in the one bin, but as this is an odd combination I didnt mind, I just put the card one on it! Its made the kitchen so much tidier already, and as I am recently retired this was really starting to bug me, so well worth the money. It feels nice and strong, so should last a good long while. I wanted metal as we have dogs and a thatched roof (occasionally rodents get in through the straw) so needed to seal away used dog food cans. This does the job very well, and also seems to keep odours at bay despite being by a radiator. Very happy with the purchase.

Absolutely love practical and amazing they are to use. It's now 3 weeks and it is very sturdy and easy to use. They also look great in the kitchen. Perfect size! They seal well which does not stink up the kitchen at all

This is exactly what I was looking for having moved to a recycling area but with a small kitchen. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children and fill the compartments pretty fast but we don't mind taking them out often. We use yellow as general waste, green as glass, plastic and cans and blue as paper. It stops our little one throwing things away that are not meant to be ie mobile phone and toys but can be used by the older ones. It looks good, the lids and pedals feel robust enough. The steel is a little thin so could dent easily I guess but we have had it 3 weeks and its operated great. I tuck 22L bin liners around the top and slot the bins in. I can't say if it is 54 litre or not bit I consider this a great buy for my new kitchen.

It's probably a bit sad for a 50 year old woman to get excited about a new bin for her kitchen but I absolutely love this one. It makes sorting and separating the refuse for recycling much easier. My kitchen is actually tidy. The bin is easy to use and easy to clean. Love it. And the company were lovely to deal with, too. Excellent customer service.

There are not many 3 container bins on the market. This is one of the best. It makes re-cycling that much easier. Why only 4 stars? There is a weak link and that is the plastic eye on the underside of the lid where the metal push rod attaches. It can break if you happen to be a little rough with it. If that plastic eye was more robust then the missing star would be awarded. When operating with your foot it can be difficult to be gentle sometimes. Having said that, it is well constructed and pleasing on the eye. Bins inside are big enough to take the "tall slim bin polythene bags".

This bin is one of the best purchases I've made in the course of refurbishing kitchen and utility area. Each compartment holds a substantial amount - far more than the previous set-up with smaller individual bins cluttering the place up and looking grubby. Fits neatly and unobtrusively under shelves in a corner, it looks stylish, is easy to use, easy to clean - in advance, I had had some doubts about the stainless steel finish but, in fact, it is easy to keep it looking spotless. Compartment lids fit well, any food smells are contained. Highly recommended!

Very sturdy and easy to use. Holds a decent amount of rubbish in each section which is great.
