These are really nice pans and exactly what I was looking for. They’re not flimsy at all — the aluminum is a good thickness, feels solid in the hand, and holds its shape well even at higher baking temperatures. The set is a great value for the quality you get with multiple sizes they don’t have an issue with being sticky and they work great. Everything cooks evenly, cleans easily, and they seem like they’re going to last a very long time with normal use. I’d absolutely buy these again.

Nicest sheet pans I have ever purchased. Quality and weight are amazing, they don't warp or bend due to their heat resistance and thickness, and they cook very evenly. They fit perfectly in storage drawer under the oven, clean easily, and are extremely easy to use. Even the price is amazing, I got 3 pans for a price I would have spent one.These pans will last you the rest of your life, and are even made in the US.

The baking sheets that I had were very thin and flimsy and would bend in high heat in the oven so I thought I would try these. They are very good quality very sturdy, like having the three sizes.

These are nice and heavy duty baking sheets. The 3 sizes offer a lot of versatility. My favorite thing about these is (so far) they have not warped in the oven at all!! I use foil on them so I cant speak for how non stick they are, however, and the reason for the 4 stars, is because they scratch easily. It was scratched from being delivered and it gets scratched from putting it in and out of the oven.

Nice sturdy pans. Upgraded to these because im tired of my old ones warping. Only reason gave 4 star is they need to package these better. Pans have scratches on them. Also the half sheet pan has 2 long perfectly straight scratches i assume happened during production. You can see scratches in pictures. Its going to drive me crazy so ill probably just replace the half size pan at a later date.

I bought these after watching the America's Test Kitchen review and I'm very happy I did. They won't warp at all since they're made of decently thick aluminium and they seem to be really easy to clean because they're so smooth. I haven't got any patina built up yet so I can't comment on how easy they'll be to clean long term but I can't see any problems so far. They're very sturdy and they sides are just the right height to allow decent air flow around your food but also contain mess. I can genuinely say my roast potatos were crispier and easier to turn; aluminium is a better heat conducter than steel so that helps with even cooking and seems to mitigate some sticking.

Excellent baking pans, very happy with how they hold up and are easy to clean (especially when using aluminum foil). I purchased these on special at $56.66 on August 5, 2024.

Considero que la marca NordicWare es lo mejor en cuanto a calidad para bandejas de horneado. Hace diez años adquirí una bandeja de la misma marca (de otra serie) y aún sigue en buen estado aún con uso constante. Adquirí este set ya que era más barato que comprar una bandeja half-sheet y una jelly roll por separado. No me decepcionó, cada bandeja es de muy buena calidad y aguantan temperaturas de hasta 260°C. Las tres llegaron sin abolladuras, pero con unas manchitas, las cuales parecen ser detalles estéticos. Las bandejas vienen en una bolsa y pegadas por silicon por la parte de atrásde cada bandeja, el cual es más o menos fácil de remover, pero hay que darle una limpieza con cuidado para asegurarse de que no haya dejado residuos. El único detalle que le veo es que, al ser de aluminio, no se lleva bien con ciertos ingredientes como lo menciona la nota incluida, por lo que hay que tener cuidado con el uso que le den. Me parece buena oferta, sobre todo si apenas van a comenzar en la cocina y necesitan un primer conjunto de bandejas.

Got it during Prime Day. The set was good since it came in 3 sizes. Didn't expect the jelly sheet to be so big. Thankfully, it was just the maximum size for my oven. Product looks good, used it once, no complaints so far. Looking forward to using it more often.
