I flew on several different airlines and it worked for most seats (Swiss Airlines was a notable exception). I was able to stay upright and sleep for up to 3 hours at a time. A couple of small negatives notes are: - The mask's materials made me head and eye area feel very warm when I was woke up, which was a but uncomfortable. I hope there's a future interation with cooling gel. - It was not easy to roll up the mask inside the included travel case.
