These inserts have really helped with my heel spur pain! They fit perfect in flats or any type of sport shoe. Very happy with them!

After being told I have plantar fasciitis I was instructed to get these inserts to help with the pain. They are comfortable, lightweight and do help with the pain. After a while of using them I have to say the hell because somewhat molded to the heel and the cushioning seems to less than at first., Overall, it is helpful and less expensive than orthotics
