It been almost a year since I bought this. My whole family loves it and it has saved us a lot of money. Also less plastic. The water is great and taste very clean. It also was very easy to install.

This water tastes better than any filter I have ever used. And the flow is AWESOME. I am so happy it turns off when I turn it off and does not keep flowing and does not drip. THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and worth the money. I have regrettably bought less expensive ones that either dripped or just did not taste good. I would not buy the ceramic filters as they don't taste good and I am concerned they do not have the correct minerals. But then I don't really know. they may say they last a long time, but it is not worth it if the water doesn't entice you to drink because of the taste.

I genuinely wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. I was excited to receive it due to our family's high water consumption, but to my surprise, the filtered water tasted worse than the tap water. I’m puzzled by how that could happen, and I’m still on the lookout for a countertop filter that actually works. Update I had initially provided a disappointing review of the product, but then received an email from the customer service representative, Harper. Harper was very responsive and proactive in trying to resolve the issue I had experienced. They offered to send me the Waterdrop Flash Powerful Countertop Water Filtration System as a replacement. Harper stayed in constant communication with me, answering any questions I had, until I received the new item. The level of customer service provided by Harper was excellent - they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The new water filter I received was much better than the previous ones I had purchased. It produces water that tastes significantly better. I'm very pleased with the resolution provided by Harper and the quality of the Waterdrop filtration system.

I acquired the Waterdrop water filter based on my prior exposure to informative content regarding cutting-edge filtration technologies and future inventions. The source of this information was a video highlighting advancements in filtering processes, and the featured company, hailing from Hong Kong, was named Waterdrop. Subsequently, I seized the opportunity to install and evaluate this filter in my kitchen. The installation process proved to be remarkably straightforward, and the filter demonstrated an impressive build quality characterized by both sturdiness and style. Upon sampling the first sip of water filtered by this device, I was profoundly impressed. The taste bore a resemblance to the freshness of cold water sourced from a glacier creek. Specifically, it brought to mind the experience of drinking water from little Pebble Creek on the way to Camp Muir, situated on Mount Rainier. Motivated by my initial positive encounter, I conducted an acidity test on the filtered water. The results were notable, as the pH level shifted from the initial 8.22pH of the regular, non-filtered water to a significantly elevated 9.96pH in the filtered water. This shift indicated a positive alteration in the water's acidity levels. In conclusion, I am optimistic about the Waterdrop alkaline filter's performance and look forward to assessing its longevity over time.

Filter does work! I just ordered this, installed it. Was sure to let is run for 15min before drinking from it. Tasted no different from the tapestry water. Got me a device to test the water. First tested my water from my local water shop, was great ideal drinking water. Then tested water from this filter and the tap water. They were under 385-395ppm. As you can see not much difference. I let it run again in case I didnt let it run long enough the first time. After 30min. It went down to 345ppm. Still far from being under 50ppm which would be ideal drinking water. I will be returning this.

After 11 months, I bought two replacement cartridges, but I found that opening the cylinder was impossible. I wrote Waterdrop. They were very helpful, even then, I couldn't replace the cartidge, despite using all my strength. Waterdrop was very helpful and sent me a new filter. I decided to try to open the new one when I received it. To no avail! Fortunately, this filter is good for a year without replacing the cartridge. So I won't stress. In a year, I will buy a different countertop filter. I give three stars because Waterdrop's customer service is excellent.

I use this every single day, and it’s been a game-changer! The water tastes clean, fresh, and smooth, with no weird chlorine or metal aftertaste. Setup was super easy, and I love that one filter lasts up to a year—way more convenient than constantly replacing cartridges. It’s also compact and looks great on the counter. If you want better-tasting, purified water without the hassle, this is it! Highly recommend!
