Too acidic
We tried this coffee in Italy, where it was made by a 3ft long espresso machine. It was out of this world! We bought it to make at home w our Breville espresso machine which makes excellent espressos (with that golden, creamy layer on top). It did the same for the Molinari coffee, yet the Molinari tastes very acidic. We do not use sugar which could balance the taste.
