Easy to make Almond milk
Just follow the directions simple and faster than expected. For me it took a little getting used to, but it works well even in baking.

Handy, but not perfect.
It does not taste like REAL almond milk, but it is good during a heat wave or blizzard when it is hard to get to the store. 2 tablespoonfuls per 8 ounces of water. Be sure to refrigerate the water, or the mix will not taste good.

This does not dissolve and leaves a gritty unpleasant cup of coffee. Throwing it out.

Great product!
I really like the flavor of this “milk” while backpacking; it makes my cereal very enjoyable in the mornings. It also weighs almost nothing when used in that manner, so saves me weight on my back, too. I haven’t tried cooking with it but I imagine it would be fine for that too.
