Tiled Magnetic Catches Access Panel Kit Control Hatch Inspection Service Screen MU1

I used these to make a removable panel for the tiled side of a bath, and they do work for that purpose. They allow the panel to be taken off when needed, which is what I wanted, so they’re functional enough. That said, they do feel quite flimsy. The magnets also aren’t very strong, so they need to be lined up very accurately before they latch on properly. If the alignment is slightly off, they don’t hold at all. For a light panel or a job where everything can be fitted very precisely, they’re probably fine. I wouldn’t use them for anything heavy or where you need a really strong hold

Good value. May need two sets if you have a heavy tile, not much adjustment you will need to pack out if retrofitted after tiling, but simple enough. They do work.

Good quality and easy installation. You don't notice there's ab access concealed but requires a good tiller.

The 2 back plates I had in the pack of 4 bases held a small tile on the wall . Would not buy from this seller again as parts missing from pack

Worked well

I bought these as I was tiling under the bath and wanted to make it easy to remove a couple of tiles should I get a leak. Great idea but not strong enough to hold 300mm porcelain tiles (10mm thick). If I had smaller lighter tiles these would work great. Shame but I kept them for another time.

They work but are a bit weak on magnetism for thicker porcelain bathroom tiles. Have installed them but doesn't have my full confidence yet.

J'ai voulu l'utilisé pour une trappe 30x60 avec un carreau.. ça ne fait pas l'affaire :( La trappe tombe T_T
