Product title is deliberately misleading. Suggests these are 3000mg x 60 capsules when they are actually only 500mg each. In order to take 3000mg you need to take 6 capsules.

I bought this because of the many positive reviews, now I start to doubt how real they are as this product was a real waste of money! It has absolutely no effect. I rather felt the opposite of what it should do, I felt more hungry and had more cravings for snacking. Absolutely not worth a penny.

Arrived quick, but after to say used as stated and weight loss was 2 lb in a month.So to anyone thinking there a bargain well no. Never worked for me. And yes I had followed a diet too.

I wasn't happy to see the tablet bottle. it looks cheap and old, was worried if it's a geniune product! so I opened the bottle but haven't taken any yet!!

I'm using these capsules to help with weight loss.

You have to take 2 pills 3 times a day, which is far too many! So would not recommend. Bottle will last me a week!
