The brace is snug around my arm and feels really good, but you need to pull it on properly because once it’s in your arm, it’s hard to scoot it around your arm if you don’t align the pressure points properly. The added brace is easy to add to the main brace or around a long sleeve top BUT be careful! The Velcro WILL pull on sensitive fabrics.

I couldn't even try it. I do have decently large arms...so I went with XL. I can't even get it up far enough to put in the correct position. I will be returning this. But I think it would work fine if my arms weren't too big.

This is great for anyone suffering from tennis elbo. It relieves pressure, but consider buying a size bigger than you think you need.

The measurement for my arm is 10.5" and I bought a medium. I made sure to measure in the right place. The first thing I noticed was the bracelet was letting of strings like a scrappy bracelet that is coming undone. SEE PICTURES. It wasn't as bad as Iinitially thought, but I thought this was something I was going to be able to use for a long time.After several hours of use this sleeve had pushed everything it could down into my wrist! SEE PICTURES. I felt like I had a bruise when I touched it but no redness or color change that noticed on my wrist at the time. It was SCARY! I was not expecting my arm to swell up so large! It took at least half a day before it went back to normal.
