I strongly recommend this product. As a vegan gymgoer, I can vouch for its potency, cleanliness, nutritional value and flavour. It's creamy and mixes well with liquids. Good bang for buck imo. Genuinely look forward to drinking this after a workout because of how tasty it is. I've been going for chocolate fudge, but I've read that the other flavours are all up to par. I love the taste and the texture, one tome will make your stomach full for at least 6 hours if you add it to the oat pudding and 4 hours if you shake it.
