I purchased this product a little less than a year ago and used it several times a month for steaks, chicken, pork that I purchsed in bulk and also used it throughout the year for fish that I had caught. and to package venison during the fall. it was working great until the last time I used it, I couldn't get the machine to vacuum seal the bags. I went straight to the owners manual and found the problem immediately. It was totally my fault as I stored the machine in the locked position which compressed the gaskets which caused the issue. It was mentioned several times in the manual not to store it this way, but I didn't read through the entire manual prior to use.I reached out to the company via email and had a response within two hours. I explained the issue and told them I was at fault and I was looking to purchase the replacement gaskets. They thanked me for my purchase and told me that they would replace the gaskets free of charge. I received the gaskets within a week .I don't usually write product reviews, but due to the excellent service that I received along with the quality of the product prompted me to share my experience.

I love the machine. I was having some minor issues with it I contacted customer support, very great, they're sending me out a new machine. I love the fact that it has the extra wide seal bar to where I can use 15-in wide bags.

My husband has owned several vacuum sealers and he likes this one the best so far. All others would over heat while sealing. With this product you can seal without it overheating.We encountered an issue and contacted customer service, they resolved issue immediately. Great customer service experience.

I like the nice thick seal it makes. When using the nozzle, I've had less success and found I need to go back and seal the bag again to make sure it doesn't leak. Seller is very responsive to issues.

Love this unit, has worked great with no issues for many many uses. Months after purchase and seal strip started to malfunction so I reached out to customer service with my issue. Promptly replied with a solution and after quickly verifying my purchase they solved my problem same day!

I sealed up a half a cow, in pieces, with this thing. It's got some quirks with sealing liquids and i messed up my first few seals, but once you get the hang of it it works. I bought an oversized roll so i could seal big stuff, like an entire bone in rib roast, and the sealer worked just as well with the oversized bag as the small ones it comes with.
