Casing wouldn't fit
The .308 casings would not fit in to the decapping die, even a brand new never fired Lapua Palma wouldn't fit.

Works as intended.
If you've never used dies with a shouldered case before make sure to clean the inside of all dies with cleaning solvent and give them a through cleaning. After add a very small drop of lube and take your time using these dies as they are very tight for the first few rounds. I am very satisfied with these.
