It doesn’t come across oily or anything. I actually really enjoy the smell of it too. It’s very light and has helped my hair so much from previous years of damage to my hair. It doesn't offer much shine but it makes my hair look alive again. I use on wet hair. My hair was always frizzy and looked dead, but this made a difference. The oil version of this is also great and offers a bit of a shine but I prefer this one because it doesn't make my hair greasy on second or third day. Will use this forever!
