I have tried a lot of L-Glutamine Powders, but none have worked as well as this one does for me. I've been taking it for my digestive issues/leaky gut. Since taking this I've had a lot less heartburn overall. I take it first thing in the morning and right before I go to bed. It allows me to sleep without any heartburn. It tastes like nothing, it mixes very easily ( I use an electric frother for a few seconds to mix it). It has no smell and it dissolves very easily. It's surprisingly low on price for the excellent quality it confers.

This "It's Just" brand of L- glutamine powder is not the cheapest brand on Amazon, but it did have the best reviews, as in no reports of illness or nausea, etc, after ingesting it, so that's why I chose to try this brand. I've been taking it with no problems. After I started using it, I did notice less muscle soreness the next day after hard exercise. I'm also taking it to heal suspected leaky gut. I take 1 scoop as directed every morning; I just mix it into my morning drink and can't tell if there's a taste; if there is, it's not a strong taste.

Good quality fir a good price. Can't complain.
