Perfect
I at first could not find the baggie, I was actively writing a bad review when I thought to stick my finger in and see if I could find the bag buried. Sure enough, it was just covered in chalk.

Basic gym chalk
The GhadFaya Loose Gym Chalk is like having a superpower for my hands when I'm doing cool stuff like rock climbing or lifting weights! It's not too heavy – just 1.5 pounds – and it comes with reusable chalk balls. The chalk feels like magic because it helps me grip things better and not slip. It's great for climbing rocks or holding onto weights during exercise.I like that it's professional fitness chalk, making me feel like a pro athlete. The chalk balls are like little chalk buddies that I can use again and again. The chalk is not too messy, and it makes my hands feel ready for action. If you love doing sports or being active, this GhadFaya Gym Chalk is the best for getting a good grip and feeling like a sports superhero!

Great Grip If You Like Climbing with Fine/Powdery Chalk
First, GhadFaya chalk has great grip. I typically climb with Friction Labs Gorilla Grip medium/chunky loose chalk and GhadFaya was very comparable in terms of hold. For similar hold/grip but only a third of the price, this may be the right choice for some people. The main downside to this chalk is that it tends to clump/cake on you hands and leave excess chalk on holds. The attached image shows me pinching Gorilla Grip (left) and GhadFaya (right) with equal pressure and rubbing. GhadFaya quickly coats but requires you to dust more off to avoid too much chalk between your fingers and the hold. I should note that the chalk works better when using a chalk ball but this is not my preference for climbing. Overall, GhadFaya is not my preferred climbing chalk as I like a medium grind (like most climbers) but for those who like powdery/fine chalk this is a great deal.Note: As far as I know, GhadFaya does not make medium/chunky chalk.

Exactly right
The perfect amount of dryness without feeling like your skin will crack. I combined it as a cutting agent for Friction Labs and created the perfect blend for my climbing. Would recommend a 50/50 ratio with Friction Labs.

Clings Like a Gecko and Skin-Safe—Keep Calm and Grip On
For climbers, lifters, and gym enthusiasts alike, securing a reliable traction aid is pivotal. I stumbled upon this GhadFaya chalk during my quest for enhanced grip, and I've been anchored to it since. The selling point is undeniably the quality—an impressively fine, high purity magnesium carbonate that latches onto hands determinedly, yet it doesn't overscholar in dehydrating your skin. Trust me, I've grappled rocks and bars aplenty, and this stuff takes moisture absorption levels up a notch, offering a herculean grip without cracking your palms into a chalky desert. In regards to the volume, 1.5 lbs is VERY, VERY generous. Me and a couple of buddies have dusted through a few kettlebell and calisthenics sessions with barely a dent in the tin. This will probably last us a year—a whole YEAR—if not longer. The addition of the 60-gram chalk ball—it's like hitting two birds with one stone. Others have reported the ball is buried in the container; this was not my experience, as it was sitting right there on top when I first spun the lid off.Sensitive-skinned individuals, ring the victory bell! Red patches induced by foul feedback to usual chalk blends won't swarm upon your hands—this GhadFaya creation omits silica and any artificial additives that traditionally sabotage skin health. On reflection, the GhadFaya gym chalk seamlessly composes protection, subtle skin care, and professional grade grip—supreme stickability adorns this product, allowing any dilletantes or deity-like figures in fitness to keep calm and grip on.

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do!
The first thing I want to say is that IF there is a chalk ball somewhere in the container… it’s not anywhere NEAR the top of the container and I didn’t want to make a HUGE mess by digging down any further looking for it than I did.On the positive side… this chalk is going to be used in a side bag for rock climbing… so I don’t even NEED the chalk ball. It doesn’t seem like burying the bag in the VERY full container of chalk is the greatest idea. But I’m not going to take away a star just for that. Just be aware that the ball might be buried somewhere down in the middle of the container. The chalk is VERY fine and not clumpy at all. It’s a vine powder and it’s going to be messy. But it works great as rock climbing chalk in a bag. You get a WHOLE lot of chalk and it’s probably going to last a couple of years for rock climbing (probably even more). It works well and gives a person a VERY good grip when rock climbing. I would imagine the same would be true for weight lifting… but I cannot testify concerning that.If you’re needing some… it does its job and you get a lot of it!

Decent chalk, poor execution
Let me preface this by saying I am a strongman athlete and have only primarily used block chalk and not loose chalk. This chalk is much thinner than I'm used to. I plan on using it today to see how it holds up. My issue is that the ball was all the way in the middle of the chalk in the tub. No carrying case. Nothing. Just shoved in the middle of the tub. Which is why I took off two stars because the mess was insane. I'll update once I use it but I've very upset there's no carrying case for the chalk ball. What am I supposed to do? Keep the ball in the chalk and have the same issue I had getting it out? But like I said I don't know if this is the norm because Ive never bought loose chalk before.
