Solved my holographic sight issue
I had a problem with a holographic sight mounted on the picatinny rail machined into the receiver of a modern, higher power air rifle where it was too low. I had to roll my head / cheek down to see it and that prevented a proper shoulder mount and shooting position. This spacer has nicely solved the problem as it raised the sight just right, I can now do a proper cheek weld and not have a hunched posture and when I quickly mount the rifle to my shoulder to the dot is centered and I'm on target. The riser is nicely machined, the edges were deburred and it has a good black mat finish. It fit and tightened up well with no rocking then the holosight fit on top well too. Note that I pushed the riser forward in the picatinny slots, there's slop there then also pushed the holosight forward to take up the space there too. Some people might want an exact spec (tight) Picatinny but I don't have a complaint, I move the different pieces in the direction recoil would take them so it can't move any farther then tighten (and I DO use a 1/4" torque wrench to specs so there's no question of over or under tightening!) and if everything else is correct nothing ever moves. If course only an idiot wouldn't check their zero after removing and replacing sights so it was a pleasant surprise that this riser was was machined true enough that I didn't have to change elevation at all and only windage an inch to be back on target at 85 yards.I sight in at 85 yards so I'm 3" high at 50 yards and 3" low at 100 w/ a 36gr slug @ 960FPS muzzle. For small game and varmint hunting this gives a great 'point blank' sighting method and reduces range estimation errors (without the usual practice of having a 50 yard zero and a lot of drop to estimate at 100)

Seems decent
Good piece here--nice finish, no burrs/marks, lines up and mounts solidly, comes with all hardware you need plus spares. The riser height is a little non-standard (at 0.88 riser height, you'll wind up at around 2.091 over bore), which will definitely get your head up, but not sky-high like some popular mounts. If you're running an FSB on your barrel (I am), this riser will raise your optic over that without incident.I've been running my optic with full-cowitness directly on the top rail, and I gotta tell you, this riser mount will definitely take some getting used to. On this riser, I've got more of a chin-weld rather than a cheek-weld on the stock. We'll see if I cotton to it, I guess, but if getting your head up off your rifle is your goal, this 0.88 inch mount will do that. The best part is you don't have to spend $150 (or more!) on a branded mount to figure out if you really like your optic mounted way up there. Recommended.

Solid Cantilever Mount
I had previously bought a mount exactly like this one, made by Phoking. That mount works but, when looking at it from the end, appears to be barely grabbing onto to receiver rail. Didn't really feel solid and, although it has not come off, has always made me nervous. I was recently in need of another short cantilever riser to mount a prism scope a little further to the rear and found this one. I'm very impressed with the fit, finish, and solid feel of this mount. Instead of just the mounting screws indexing into the receiver rail, this mount has three machined blocks that fit snugly into the receiver rail. The clamping plate is thick and solid, fits very well onto the receiver rail, and is secured by three screws. These attributes combine to give the mount a rock-solid feel that I'm sure I'll never have an issue with. Would expect to pay double for this quality. If it only had about 2 more slots, it would be the perfect offset mount!

Okay
Just needs some file work to attach to a pic rail but works fine once it’s adjusted.

Solid mount
This mount let me move an etched reticle optic back farther than its mount alone would allow. The additional height also helped to raise the optic to my natural cheek weld position. The three squared mounting lugs minimize slop on the rail.

riser uses & height.
If your looking at this to use with an eotech this is the deal, if your eotch has the quick release base then the center line at the window will be 2.91. if your eotech does not have the quick release bottom & you tighten directly to the rail your center line window will be 2.26 with this riser.

Optic height
I bought both the low and medium size for my Eotech XPS to compare. If your running Eotech XPS get the medium riser. If you are running Eotech EXPS get the low riser.

Just don't
This is one of those things you should just take a pass on. I ended up sending it back. It didn't mount flat. Canted to the left. It was pretty bad. I bought the YHM .5 riser. Much better with no issues.
