We obtained these as replacements for the overhead lights of our stove hood, one of which had died. These work well and fitted into the unusual socket easily. They're efficient and economical. They did change the color of the illumination from soft white to a more nearly daylight-ish hue, but we find there's nothing objectionable in that. For that reason, though, we replaced both bulbs.

Very nice, i do not have a dimmer but the light is good, somewhat warm, have them in the bath room and kitchen. We had an electric failure and none of this were affected

Very good light bulb. The white light it emits is bright yet pleasing to the eye, ideal for any space in the house. It saves energy and doesn't get hot like traditional bulbs. I installed it in the living room and the difference is immediately noticeable. Excellent value for money. I will definitely buy more for other rooms.

Exceptional bulbs, these are the only ones that do not flicker with the built in dimmer of my rangehood and I've tried pretty much every brand except Phillips (couldn't find them in 5000k). The dimmer is designed for incandescent bulbs and even the manual states to not use LEDs. However these work!Unlike other LED GU10 bulbs these are also around the same height as their incandescent counterparts, and therefore they fit in the existing housing perfectly. Every other bulb I've tried is too tall and sticks out of the housing.The only minor issue is that they take about a second to power on in my range hood. However, this doesn't bother me.Everything else is as expected. The 5000k color temp matches the rest of my lights, there is no hum, and they feel to be built solidly.
