I used this Shoe Protector Spray on my brooks footwear, followed the instructions mentioned for this product. It is really good protector or armor. Just spray, let it dry, and you are good to go. It’s especially useful in rainy or muddy conditions. Very satisfied.

I was nervous to use the Shoe Protector Spray after reading some of the reviews. It seems like the effect of this spray really depends on the shoes and the type of material they are made of. The product description page indicates that it is safe on ALL materials. However, being safe on canvas and actually waterproofing canvas are two different things. So I sprayed this on my black and white tennis shoes, and it worked as advertised. There was no discoloration, and it seems to protect them from water. I applied two coats as instructed. I'll likely have to reapply after a while. Recommended.

So, maybe finding a waterproof protectant is impossible, I really want something to use on my white/light colored sneakers but this ain't it. On canvas, it doenst waterproof or even dirt-proof the shoes. On dance shoes it leaves dropplet marks.

Seems to keep shoes clean

1.) it straight up doesn’t work. I wore these shoes once and got a stain from a drop of mud splashing on them 2.) it STAINS white shoes a disgusting off-white yellow color. pics for reference of my shoes when I bought them, and how they look after 2 coats of this spray. Completely RUINED my $160 shoes. I wish I could go back in time and punch myself in the face for using this.

Used this on some suede boots and took them for a walk through a foot of snow. The boots still look great and stayed dry!

I can only say that this doesn't work on these particular pair of shoes which are made out of coated canvas, will have to try with another pair of shoes but immediately I noticed that it didn't absorb into the shoe. It kind of just sat on top of the shoes so I'm not sure it worked at all. I've used many other repellants and this is the only one I've seen that does this. I followed the instructions and put on two coats, I ran water over them and the water didn't bead off like I've seen with other shoe repellants. Based on this shoe I don't think it works like it says it does. The spray is easy to use but I don't think you can use this on very many shoes since it requires two coats.
