Best adherence is achieved when the hoof is considerably dry. **Q: Does this stop air from getting to the frog?** A: No but it can dry a frog out a bit. Goos fir getting rid of thrush. **Q: Can you use this product on the outer hoof as well as the inside ??** A: This clay product is mainly used to combat thrush and maintain healthy soles and frogs and protect crevices from harbouring bacteria. There is no harm in using this product on the hoof where it is needed however we have other products that are useful for packing cracks and holes.
