Hot flashes gone!! Finally found something that worked for the awful hot flashes. I've tried many supplements and nothing ever worked or even relieved them in the slightest. I wish I had found these sooner!! It did take about a week or so to start working, but absolutely took them away completely. So, give them time to work. I took 1 pill daily every morning. I ran out once and they came right back. Never again! Relief, I tell you.

Taking them in the morning first thing with a small bowl of plain oatmeal with a tiny bit of maple syrup and I feel great! After having 2 wonderful kiddos, I didn't realize I was eating emotionally during these little years to give myself a break in the evenings with a dessert or a glass of wine etc and I was gaining weight and feeling bloated. So whoever you are, I think the things I mentioned will help you too! The probiotics are an easy and great start to be in the right direction of internal wellness! Having only 1 cup of coffee or switching to herbal tea some mornings has been helpful and only one glass of wine a week with my hubby as we watch a movie is something I'll look forward to now instead of thinking of wine 3 times a week as a way to relax when sleep is really what I needed haha.
