Very sturdy and fits right in with my decor. I gave it 4 stars because of the cheezy anchors that come with it, If you are going to hang any heaver than a tissue, do yourself a favor and get the wing anchors available at any hardware store for under $1. Aside from that, this item is well made and has solid hooks

I love it, it works well and is sturdy. My only complaint is that the paint on my hooks came already chipped. I covered it with marker and now it's hardly noticeable, and I probably could have returned it for a different one, but as I was struggling without one, I didn't want to wait for a replacement do to minor cosmetics. It's in my office and will hold my backpack that averages 15-20lbs. , coats etc. If I ever need a second, I will be ordering this one again.

looks good and holes lined up but seems and feels very cheap. still for the money its fine.

The bracet was the only part we could use. We had to get our own screws, the hardware that came with the product didn't work together to hang the shelf. We had to adapt the wood, the shelf leaned forward. Very disappointed that we had to make so many modifications just to get it up and semi functional
