The sleek design complements any kitchen décor, and by "complement," I mean it dominates the space, subtly telling everyone that you are not just dehydrating food , you are dehydrating it with style. But here’s where things get truly mind-blowing: it works. I know, shocking, right? You'd think a machine this flawless couldn’t possibly live up to its reputation. But, oh my friends, it does. The grid metal inserts have small enough squares that you can use smaller pieces of food without using plastic inserts 7. your food is dehydrated "safer" with the stainless shelves that air out well because they have an open system rather than using the plastic ones (most popular brands offer in which the smell and chemicals can leach in your food!) 8. I took several photos because I want to write a review on this product. Mistakenly I didn’t checked the size of the machine before I purchased. This machine is pretty big and tall so it doesn’t fit on my counter top because not enough of space between wall cabinet and counter top so I had to put in the storage room which’s disappointing because I’m using dehydrator alot. But the quality is so good I don’t want to return it. I love the quality of machine. 1) alot of space. 2) air blow from the back (top and bottom 2 fans) so equally supply the airflow. 3) They come with alot of racks and it’s strong stainless made so it will less long time and dishwasher safe. 4) it also comes with bottom tray so I don’t have to worry about machine gets dirty and it’s easy to clean. 5) Temperature control is very good function and works great and what I love the most it has a automatic timer so I can set up the time and leave the house. 6) design and quality is excellent. It’s like commercial grade stainless machine. 7) I made chicken breast jerky for my dogs and it came out really nice. 8) Surprisingly this machine is extremely quite compared to my old plastic one. 9) I been using plastic made dehydrator for a long time but all the rack was broken because I put them in the dishwasher’s. This machine is made with stainless so I don’t have to worry about breaking from dishwasher. 10) I love the light switch so I can check my food easily. This machine deserves the 10 stars. It’s a good investment. It will less long time. Make sure to check the sizes before you purchase because this machine is big. Other then that, I strongly recommended.

Best food dehydrator that I have used. Accurate and easy to set controls, easy to clean and quiet operation.

The package arrived with a big dent in the corner, i opened the box and the styrofoam was cracked and broken on that corner. Everything seemed to work fine so i decided to not return it, then the lights stopped working after the first week.. it still seems to work fine, i'll update if anything else stops working. Perhaps i should have returned it. We'll see. The temp. and time control are very nice, easy/ simple to use, push button digital display, the trays are very nice. This is 1000% better than my old round plastic dehydrator! The only thing that I don't like about the temperature control is that it can not be set to the exact temp that you want, it skips every 3-5 degrees, so i can't set it to 102 or 103F, it jumps from 100 to 104. The sides do get hot, they are not insulated, I only use it at 104F to dehydrate my sprouted wheat and dry raw nuts. So be careful if you use high heat for jerky etc. Keep children away and keep it away from any flamables..

All you have to do is put the door handle on and it comes with the screwdriver incase you don’t have one. It works well, quiet, easy to use, lots of space, not too heavy, the door stays where you put it and doesn’t close on you, timer alarm is loud which I’m glad for. I have used for green onions and garlic mostly. It’s my favorite dehydrator I’ve used. Size comparison to a standard kitchen aid mixer.

This year we grew lots of herbs so I wanted to be ready to dehydrate to further our desire for self-sufficiency. The first time I used it, I dried several things at the same time to test it. It worked perfectly on everything. Of course some things took longer than others so you had to keep an eye on it. It seems plenty powerful and inexpensive to run. Lots of capacity for drying and fits on the countertop while in use. It is pretty quit and overall I have been very happy with it, having dried several more rounds of herbs since the initial first use.
