I have been looking for an alternative to the Pruvit Ketones for years, and this product is just as effective as the Pruvit brand.Finally, a product that works just as well at Pruvit and costs a fortune less!! Whoohoo I’m so happy and excited to cancel my subscription with them.I wasn’t expecting it to match the effectiveness since evoo tried before hasn’t work, but I get the high laser focus, energy, and curbs my appetite from sugar and carbs. The taste is amazing too, I usually add my ketones with sparkling water, it’s so refreshing and good.

It helps curbs my appetite and gives me great energy. It's very sweet but I love that, so I use 22oz of water to mix, that way I have something to sip on all afternoon, it's like a nice afternoon treat.

I'm on a Keto diet with intermittent fasting 8/16. This really helps stave off keto-flu especially when I'm fasting and love that it's only 20 calories so it doesn't break my fast. I add one scoop to my 32 oz water bottle so the flavor is perfect, not too sweet and just enough flavor to make me want to drink it. Also since it's 32 oz of water I don't chug it all at once, but over the course of a few hours until my fast ends. It usually takes me about a week with just diet to achieve ketosis, but if I drink this daily, I manage to get into it by day 3. I have not tried the fruit punch as I'm not a fan of that flavor in general, but I do like the raspberry lemonade.

I decided to give this a try. The taste is better than most of these keto drinks. It will gas you if you don't eat the right food combo. However, I noticed that it keeps me full so for that reason I will continue it. I have not noticed that it keeps me in ketosis as of yet. I have only been using for a week.

Tastes great and works amazing as a pre-workout supplement! I’m very skeptical of supplements like this but I love this product.

I did Keto for a year with great success and then fell out after a surgery and different diet following. I've been having trouble getting back into ketosis. I fasted in the a.m. and ate lunch around 1 pm and then dinner around 6. At night, the sugar and carb cravings were too much and I'd eat the wrong things. Not too much of it, but enough to kick me out of ketosis. I needed a boost to get me into Ketosis faster and stop the evening cravings and this worked! I took 1/2 serving in the a.m. and then another 1/2 serving in the evening. No cravings and was able to push through the night. After a day and a half, I can already tell I'm back in ketosis and the hunger is gone and mental clarity is back! This seems to have the electrolytes to help push through the glucose to fat burning transition, which can be tough.

The taste is fine. It's actually really good. It mixes well with all beverages. However, it doesn't seem to work as well as other ketones products I've used whether they're powders or pills. With this product, my hunger never really goes away and my energy level doesn't really maintain or increase. With other ketones products, I really notice 45-60 minutes after I've taken them. My hunger goes away and I get a maintained energy that last me a few hours. I can't really recommend this product compared to others. I just don't think it really works at all.

I’ve done keto a few times and have always had great success. This time I decided to add this supplement to my regimen and it really boosted my success so far. I don’t test my ketone levels via strips or anything, but I’m definitely burning fat more rapidly than before. Keto without this supplement yielded and initial 3-4lb loss, followed by 1-2lbs of weight loss per week. My first week incorporating this I lost FIVE pounds. I know in the beginning stages of keto I typically experience a larger loss followed by a steady small increment, so it will be interesting to see if I lose more than 1-2lbs per week.Also, this tastes not so great, but it’s bearable enough to get down. I put a scoop in my water bottle and try to drink it as quickly as possible (Though I do make wild faces when drinking it) I feel the benefits outweigh the strange flavor.This is a definite boost of energy as well. I feel like it’s pretty equivalent to a cup of coffee. I like it as an afternoon pick me up.I would also like to warn people that it’s pretty strong, so if you’re not already in ketosis, you’re probably going to get keto flu after a couple of days using this. It passes, but it shoves you into ketosis VERY fast and that doesn’t feel great.Overall, this product is fantastic because of how well it works. I would recommend it to anyone who is ready to boost their keto results. Especially to those who are having some troubles reaching ketosis or maintaining it.

いつもはiHerbで買ってたが、今回は面倒くさくなってAmazonで注文。結局iHerbから送られてきたが……既に何回かお世話になってるが、これを1日スプーン1杯摂取して、脂質8割の生活をすれば、大概2日以内にケトーシスにはいる（尿検査で確認）もう1種類、別のサプリを使ったことがあるが、ケトーシスに入るのに数日以上かかり、効いてるのかわからない様なのもあったのと比べると、これは導入ブーストを体感できる。味は人工甘味料って感じのラズベリーで、ケトン臭と相まって絶妙な味をしてるが、まあ普通に飲める、が美味しくはない、くらい。水にはよく溶ける。
