I bought this mainly to help with my morning sickness and with my stuff nose. It works at clearing up your nose so you can breathe, but it doesn't last for long. I do like the fact that it unscrews off so you can use just the liquid part, I would put a dot on the tip of my nose before bed and it kept my nose unclogged enough for me to sleep. Plus its small where you can easy bring it with you in your pocket or purse.

I do like that it’s small, compact, and easy to open. I keep one in my pocket or purse. The sensation is similar to breathing in Vicks or a minty nasal refresher — it perks you up for a moment, which I don’t mind, but in terms of actually helping with motion sickness, it didn’t make a difference for me. I chose this because I wanted a natural alternative. Dramamine makes me really drowsy, and I don’t want to take it often, so I was hoping this would be a good option.
