Great bit of kit
I'm 120kg, 6ft4 / 192cm. This is very sturdy, and confidence inspiring. Easily manages my weight and height. Instructions are easy to follow and build time was around 30 minutes by myself. Effectiveness is as expected. Very good for spinal decompression. Only slight gripe is that it does not fold up particularly easy, and takes up a fair bit of space even when folded. Overall though, brilliant bit of kit. Well made, easily assembled.

Provides instant relief - just get it
I've had this a couple of days now, and there are two aspects to my review: the product itself and the benefits of the treatment. First off, the box this arrives in is heavy. I have the inverter upstairs and needed to partially empty the box before carrying it upstairs to assemble. The assembly instructions are, like others have noted, poor. The illustrations are not that clear and if you haven't put something like this together before (like a chair or an exercise machine) you may struggle. Having said that, the bolts are well packaged and labelled and all the parts look different - which is vital for the illustrations to be of any help! It took me about half an hour to put together without rushing. It's clear the machine is solid and well-built. There are some nice touches and important safety features. Overall, I would say the machine is good value for money and I feel perfectly safe using it. The height calibrations aren't accurate, so you need to experiment with those. I'm 189cm and have it set for a lower height. It's to do with having your weight evenly balanced either side of the pivot, so that getting into the inverted position, and more importantly out of it, is straightforward and effortless. My height means my head dangles off the end of the headrest. It's not ideal, but is okay. My remaining niggle with it, is that the lumbar support needs to be a lot firmer. It gets squashed/flattened very easily! For the treatment itself, I have used it a few times at the second notch down for 3 minutes at a time. The recommendation is to use it for 3-5 minutes. I slipped a disc last year and have ongoing back issues as a result. Some minor sciatica, but also some nerve entrapment that is affecting my toes. Inverting myself on this machine is providing instant relief. It is clearly decompressing my back and releasing pressure all along it, reducing pressure on the nerves and getting the spine into a better shape. After only a few uses, my back feels better and more flexible. I will use it several times a day initially: first thing, in the afternoon and last thing at night. It only takes a few minutes, and it shouldn't take long for the effects to become long-lasting. After that, daily maintenance (again, just a few minutes!) should be enough to keep my back in better shape. I really can't recommend this treatment enough. And this machine is great value for money (at £135, anyway) for you to get it.

6fr plus don't buy,Go find a tree save £120
Ok so I'm 6ft 3 ,and I would strongly suggest if you are 6ft ideally or over then this is not for you. The description says fits up to 6ft 4 but this isn't true so beware and save yourself all the aggravation of setting it up. Set up was pretty tedious with the silly Allen key supplied as all the bolts are really badly located and so you can only turn a really small amount each time making the process very long, this is just bad design and to be honest it's the worst thing about it apart from it not fitting, but if you were keeping it your only have to do it once..I did it twice as I sent it back. Once erected it's quite solid, now the problem for me was that i could stand in it with my feet on the platform but my shoulders were touching the foam rests,so when i flipped upside down all the weight went straight to my shoulders so i was effectively doing a shoulder stand not hanging from my feet as it should be. So yes I fit 'in ' it but it's not fit for purpose, so for that reason it was sent back, and if you are over 6ft I would not bother buying as you're wasting your time, putting all the weight onto your shoulders will without doubt lead to other problems in that area. When I first flipped upside down the first thing I thought was my God I havent been upside down since I was about 10 years old (I'm 40 odd now) so that was odd and not particularly nice either but I could feel my back stretch a bit but I noticed more all the pressure on my shoulders. So in short it's a solid bit of kit, hassle to put together and probably great if you're under 6ft. Personally whatever size you are I would suggest just finding a tree and hanging off a branch!! Seriously, you'll save all the money, you'll be out with nature and breathing in good air, you'll be stretching your back the correct way without making blood rush to your head which cant be great. Seller was helpful throughout the and offered money off to keep it but it's of no use to me so arranged a courier for collection without hassle.

An excellent device that really does help... Just be sure to use it correctly!
This was purchased for my Wife who suffers with chronic back pain as the result of a Brachial Plexus injury caused by a motorcycle accident many moons ago leaving her also with a paralysed left arm. A friend of mine who is a personal trainer suggested it and to be honest my Wife was willing to try anything after been on countless different pain killers for years on end!. After doing some online research and comparing prices etc, I decided on this particular model by YOLEO. It's competitively priced and I liked the look of it to be honest 😁 I've listed the manufacturer specs / features below (the relevant bits)... YOLEO Inversion Table Info: ★Easily adjustable to suit most user heights. ★Designed to improve blood circulation and posture. ★Increases energy levels and mental alertness. ★Improves body flexibility and reduces back pain. ★Comfortable wrap-around ankle holders. ★Folds away for easy transport and storage. ★Stimulates your lymphatic system ★Weight: 23KG ★Dimensions: 49 x 32 x 4.7 inches So what's it actually like? Well to be honest when it first arrived I thought "I bet this is going to be a nightmare putting it together!", but luckily it was actually very simple and only took me 15 minutes thanks to the company sending me a video link showing you how to set it up which really did make it easy, so hats off to them for that firstly 👍 My Wife actually suggested I had a go first as she jokingly said it looked like a prop from a Dominatrix movie hehehe 😵 I found it very easy to use although I was a tad nervous to start with. I tilted it to about a 45° angle and leisurely hung for about 2-3 minutes. I must admit I was skeptical at first but after actually being on it I did notice the difference. You can feel the weight being taken off of your spine and I felt what can only be described as a 'Whooshing' feeling going down my back and in to my legs (strange but not uncomfortable). Well after my Wife realised if wasn't all that scary looking she decided to have a go. I helped my Wife on to it as having the use of only one arm she wouldn't be able to safely do it herself. We started off at the suggested low angles (30° - 45°) and at intervals of 1-2 minutes just so my Wife could get used to it. Has it helped? Truthfully yes it has. My Wife said instantly she could feel the pressure being lifted from her back and neck which in turn aleviated a lot of the pain so result 😁 The added bonus is that everyday seems to get better each time she uses it. We've been using it 3 times a day (Morning - Afternoon - Evening) and on average 3-5 minutes. It's not a miracle cure and I would be lieing if I said it was but what I will say hand on heart is, it's really helped my Wife's pain by about 60% which is an absolute dream for her bless her!. I will add to this review as time goes by keeping you updated on any pros or cons but for now we're really impressed and happy with it and would have no hesitation recommending it. Price: 👍 Ease of use: 8/10 Quality: 9/10

It fixed my locked up lower back.
Very well thought out and nicely made. It is very sturdy and feels safe in action. It took about an hour to put together and the instructions were clear. There is no safety belt included (one is shown in the listing) I don't think I would use one anyway. I bought this for a bad back. It fixed my back in 3 sessions of 10 minutes. I am 100% impressed with this table. I would not recommend using the table after having a cup of tea and a big piece of Christmas cake (as I did).

Strong and sturdy
It’s too early to tell yet what long term benefit I will get from the Inversion Table but I definitely like the lovely stretched feeling I get during and immediately after using it. I tend to use it for a couple of minutes every morning as my back always feels quite stiff then. It is definitely useful after a spell of gardening which always leaves me with a painful lower back and a bit of a stoop - the table provides instant relief and ‘unkinks’ my spine. I found assembly fairly straight forward but I am a fairly practical person so could follow the instructions reasonably well. I put this together myself (I am a 71 year old female) and the only thing I struggled with was holding the central platform level while trying to insert the side holding pins and fixing with the washer and screw nut at the same time. A second pair of hands would definitely have helped with that stage of the process! The finished apparatus feels very sturdy and safe to use. It takes up quite a bit more space than I expected but I have it in my spare bedroom which isn’t really needed for anything else so that isn’t a problem. I live alone so was a bit apprehensive about getting back up after inversion the first time but I have found that raising my shoulders and bending at the knee starts the platform reverting back to a level position. I keep the platform hovering at a horizontal level for a minute or two before returning slowly to the start position. Overall I’m very pleased with this Inversion Table which I think is good value for money.

Nightmare instructions
Ok, when I say nightmare instructions, I mean this item should not be sold until there are decent instructions. The manual is literally the worst I have ever seen. The numbering/labelling of screws/washers/nuts is just bonkers. The extra box with additional parts is unexplained. The QR code that takes you to a YouTube video is nicely shot but generally useless and doesn't follow the equally useless manual. Given that this is for people with back conditions who are going to be inverted upside down, you want to know that it has been put together with your best care and attention following the instructions to the letter. Good luck! Thank god I had a ratchet socket spanner thingy and an Allen key bit for my electric screwdriver. As it happens, I ended up disassembling this faster than it went up. It gave me fairly horrid motion sickness akin to spinning on a roundabout. For future reference if you are consider buying this, it is not suitable for most people owing to the giant list of disorders that should avoid it. Unfortunately as this was purchased from a reseller and not Amazon directly, the sheer size and weight of the item meant a £40 return fee after I had sourced a courier :(

Good sturdy equipment
Had a different brand before. This helps as part of an excersise regimen and aids me in pain management for my sciatica and disc issues. It relieves pressure for a short while. It's well built , very sturdy , and takes my weight. Only downsides are storage. (It's big bulky and doesn't really fold away)you need a big space to use it and store it. Secondly It's heavy and unwieldy. If you have a bad back or sciatica it's not ideal to be lifting and moving it about. Other than that....it does everything that I need it to do till some bright spark invents something smaller and lighter.

Excelente producto!

Well made, comfortable and safe pain relief!
I recently had an episode of lower back pain that I hadn't had in years. I forgot how bad it felt and wanted to do something proactive this time around instead of just laying around in pain and taking meds for the pain. I have seen Restorative and Physical Therapy using inversion tables on patients and thought that it may be something worth trying. I saw this table on Amazon and the price was way better than what I was expecting to pay for a good inversion table. I ordered the Yoleo table and it arrived pretty fast. I then worried that at that price this might be some flimsy piece that will be wasted in a year or so, but no! This thing is great! It is well built and it is really easy to put together and set up. I was ready to give it a try in about forty minutes and I was just cruising putting it together. This thing is awesome! I could feel a difference the first time I got on it and inverted. I could feel a huge amount of relief in my lower back, like a gentle stretching and relief of compression and pain. I didn't want to overdo it so I just stayed about 3/4 inverted for about 5 minutes and it was amazing. Every day I go a little farther inverted and stay a little longer in that position and t is really helping with my pain. The table is sturdy and I really like how secure you feel in it. The ankles are firmly secured and you don't slide or move at all as long as you have the height adjustment correct and the ankles secured. I have only been using this thing for a week or so but I am so happy with this thing! I can honestly recommend this to anyone wanting to give inversion therapy a try. This table is well built and should last a long time. I have only one complaint and that is the little rod that acts as the limiter for how far you want to invert will sometimes fall out and I can't figure out how it is meant to stay secured in the frame of the table, but really, I don't ever need it. I just stop myself with the handles when I've reached how far I want to go. That is another thing I like about this table is the handles. You can even do this by yourself if you use the handles to bring yourself back upright. Really glad I took the chance and got this table, I think you will be glad you did too!
