I purchased this toaster for our diner. It really changed the speed at which we complete our orders. It has really become a huge lynch pin in the kitchen. After 5 months of use the upper heating element went quit working. I inspected the upper heating element and no cracks or reason it shouldn’t work. At this point I decided to disassemble the toaster and I found the problem very easily. The issue was a crimp fitting had failed and the negative connection was not making contact. About 5 minutes of work and it was back in business: -while the toaster was down I contacted the seller about potentially sending me new heating elements. In a very timely manner they responded and were very willing to help with my issue. I would highly recommend buying from this seller. Fast, efficient, friendly customer service is extremely hard to find anymore.
