Easy to read and see numbers
Good value. Names fiddly to input because using number pad, but my husband wanted a very simple phoneOnly 9 widgets on screen, so you have to remember the top heading to dig down and do things.I’m used to a smart phone, but this was what my husband wanted and he’s very happy. Open answer, close to cut off. Dead easy

clear screen and microphone is good.
The media could not be loaded. At the time of review this phone is around £40In the box you getan instruction sheetThe phoneThe battery for the phoneA usbA to usbC cable. The phone charges via a usb C port on the bottom or if you bought the one with the dicking station there are two metal connectors on there to charge it up.Battery life seems goodCall quality - I didn’t like the earpiece for listening it was tinny as was the sound on speaker phoneHowever, the person on the other end said call quality was good ..The phone reads out numbers as you dial them which could be helpful. In the attached video I press a few buttons whilst the TV is on in the background ..The screen display is actually okay even in daylightThere is an option to pre programme buttons to call people by pressing one button either as an emergency SOS via the button below the camera lens or the M1 and M2 buttons. The contact list takes a bit of time to get used to. As you move down the list it also displays the number above or below … the background colour showing whose number it is, is not distinctive enough for me.No WhatsApp or anything like that .This is for Calls and texts only reallyyou can take pictures but the quality is really poor, I mean really poor. The flip bit works well, it’s retro and kind of nice, you can’t pocket dial if it’s closed ✔️I think even at £40 it’s over priced but it does it’s job, just about..Update -disappointed with battery life it’s lasting a day and a half at best. It’s just calls and texts no emails on this and no Bluetooth what’s sapping the life from the battery ..I got this for my mother in law, she is nearly 90, not tech savvy and visually impaired. Having a phone that speaks the numbers helps as does the simple preprogrammed speed dial to call her daughters. My MIL has a house phone so I have set it to auto turn off each night at 11pm to save some battery power.if you have someone in your life that need a basic phone for calls and texts consider this one, I hope the video and review is helpful

Ok for a backup.
I actually got this as a joke for my Son. Thought I would be clever and place it in an iPhone box. After the joke ran its course I started messing with it and was quite surprised. The build quality is quite good and the screen is bright and easy to see in daylight. It has plenty of features (it is a feature phone afterall). The OS is not really that snappy and can lag, the icons while clear to me, they may not be too clear to none techy people. They would have to be taught on what does what.Buttons can be a little tough to press, so weak fingers may have a bit of trouble. But the buttons are nice and big, they're clear. They also light up nice and bright. I did not try the emergency button of course.Overall, not bad.

Got this so I know it’s just business…
…when it rings. It’s definitely not just for seniors. I liked flip phones. And you can simply shut it when you’re done with the conversation. Also, no social media apps, apart from the text browser, which I would ignore. You won’t be distracted when you’re supposed to be getting things done.Update: 07-05-24If this is for seniors and they'd like to make a call privately, the volume even at the highest setting (9) will be LOW for them.Hands-free or speaker is better, but that's only if you'll only use this is private. So if this is aimed at the elderly. I would consider that. Also, not sure why they added a camera (horrid quality), or browser (no need), and the buttons and clicking can get annoying.I've minus 1 star, should really BE -2, so 4-2 stars, instead of my GENEROUS 4-3 star updated rating.Because I like that you don't have to charge it daily. As long as you're not listening to the radio, and just using it for calls.22-05-24Change my mind, if you use it, the battery WON'T last more than a day.If you're buying this for a senior, they'll probably hate you after.Texting on this...I don't remember how to do this anymore! The only positive is the Flip, so updated to 1 star! Not easy to use, and I'm not remotely there, and won't be for a LONG time. So just imagine this being used by the target audience. Just get them an iPhone or similar.Or make one like Apple would...you know what I mean. NOT frustrating to use! and F U N.
