I am enjoying my Rotor Mond Retro SS 2 slice toaster. It toasts evenly and quickly. Pops up just right. I have used it for toast and English muffins. Defrost works gently. Love the EASY CLEAN base that slides out completely. Good design. Very CUTE too. I chose cream/ivory because it goes w my new pots/pans set from Amazon. The taupe is also a good neutral. The handle is sturdy and the knob is easy to read. I have used light settings between 1 and 2 minutes. Plenty of even heat for consistent toast. The "retro" is just a bit of "fun" in your kitchen. I would buy again! (Plus: This is not plastic but rich looking metal). I hope it lasts a long time!

Well made, works great and looks Good on the counter

Perfect size, and so easy to clean with the little pop out tray for crumbs, and they don’t stick. The color is vibrant and looks awesome on my counter. The settings are dial based and I find that turning the light to dark crust most a bit frustrating since you just have to go by how far you turn the knob as there is no easily seen indicator that says how dark your toast will become. You do get use to where you flip it though so not a huge issue, my husband likes light I like dark so we are constantly moving the dial and found it not to be a detraction to the product. The outside wipes easily unlike a stainless steel toaster which sees to dull over time, this one stays shiny.

Nice! The package arrived fast (but not as quickly as advertised) and in good condition. It works fine. No smoke on initial test, running empty. Bright metallic holiday red. I like the cancel button, to suddenly stop the toasting process and turn it off. Also toasts bagels, thicker items. Has a pull-out crumb tray. Comes with little user manual booklet, which mentions a color-coded toasting level or “gear” chart, but there is no chart. Cheery little toaster. Brave? Too soon to tell.

It just says “Red”, but it’s a gorgeous candy-apple red! It’s pretty in the sunlight!

I did not know if I would like the "Retro" look but it is great design - very attractive. The lever and buttons are easy to use and look good. However what is looks if it burns the toast., right? Rest easy, the toast is consistently the way you it. I highly recommend this toaster. There is a chemical smell with the initial use and the instructions clearly tell users that if it the smell continues beyond the first time you use it what steps to take. I appreciated that the instructions were so clear on that point.

It works well, but it seems really cheaply built. The retro look is kinda cute but I don’t know about longevity. It weighs about the same as a loaf of bread. Shouldn’t toasters be heavier….?

Very stylist and works well. I was leary as I had never heard of this Brand but it is perfect. The pink colour is adorable too.

loved the toast setting which helps you the color u want on the toast ,, its awesome and easy to use and the LOVELY purple color. , now if the same company can make the cordless electric kettle in the same color I ll buy it ,,, thanks again
