Well, it took 10 days to arrive, but was well worth the wait.As a vegan who is also diabetic, it is impossible to find any dairy-free cheese spread as they are all WAY too high in carbohydrates.This so low, the whole jar full would be under 9g of carbs, so the amount you'd spread say on some keto toast would be well under 1g.Just 6.3g carb per 100gMarmite is 30g.And it tastes lovely.A real cheese and chives flavour.
